Jack is a proven entrepreneur and executive, bringing over three decades of experience in business management and development to AVS. Under Jacks leadership, AVS has organically grown from a start up audio & visual installation company to a regional competitor in the southeast. His knowledge and management skills are unsurpassed and he is the true driving force of the company.

Tony Pursell
Tony Pursell serves as CFO and co-founder of AVS. Tony is responsible for all financial operations of the company including tax compliance, accounting, billing and inventory management. Tony has a proven track record, with over four decades of experience within the financial sector of business. Tony’s widespread experience and technical skills are formidable assets to AVS. Under Tony’s direction for viability, AVS has become a key player in the Audio Visual Industry.

Josh Pursell
With 14 years of industry experience, Josh Pursell is a seasoned AV Integrator with a proven track record in delivering high-quality audiovisual solutions. His expertise spans negotiation, budgeting, operations management, sales, and large-scale project planning and implementation.
Passionate about innovation and efficiency, Josh continuously seeks to optimize processes and enhance customer experiences. His ability to navigate the dynamic AV landscape makes him a valuable asset in any project or organization.
Outside of his professional life, Josh values time with his family and enjoys pursuing his passions for golf and fishing. Whether on the course or by the water, he finds both relaxation and inspiration in the outdoors.

Rhonda Murray is Procurement Manager at AVS, a leading company offering sales and installation of Audio Visual Equipment. With years of leadership experience, she has owned and opened businesses that continue to be successful today. She has experience training on a national level for an industry leading company, a division of Berkshire Hathaway. Rhonda handles Procurement and Contract Management for AVS. Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything she does, both professionally and personally. Rhonda has a passion for family and loves to travel.

Corey Freeman is a graduate of Lanier Technical College with a degree in Cybersecurity and plays a key role in warehouse operations at AV Acumen. With a strong focus on organization and efficiency, he helps ensure that daily logistics run smoothly in support of the company’s mission.
Outside of work, Corey enjoys exploring new places with his wife and their dog, and often spends his free time building apps—combining a love for technology with a drive for continuous learning and creativity.

Brittni Washington is the newest member of the AVS team, proudly providing support as a Procurement Coordinator under Rhonda Murray. A Software Development graduate, and a Senior Training Coordinator for the past 3 years in her previous position, Brittni brings a unique ability to streamline processes and foster collaborative environments.
